We ask that you leave any experience credits with the Endowment. If you do so, you will be eligible for a charitable contribution deduction on your individual tax return. Members may also annually request that experience credits be refunded to them. (See Experience Credits Notice section for further details.)

Premium rates for the member's age when coverage becomes effective. They change on the November 1st coinciding with or next following member's change in age categories as shown. Coverage terminates at age 70.

Due to rounding, premiums may differ by pennies when billed.

Benefits available in increments of $100 up to a maximum of $12,000.
